Job Description
Building Automation Specialist (HVAC & Building Controls)
Experienced HVAC Building Automation specialist needed to oversee the design, installation, programming and maintenance of energy efficient digital control systems. This individual will be an integral part of our management and operations team.
Responsibilities:
· Will act as a hands-on POC (point of contact) for clients throughout the entire design and installation process
· Work closely with/supervise our technical support team to ensure that systems are installed and operating at 100% efficiency
· Coordinate the activities of outside vendors
· Ability to communicate with client and put ideas into practice

Job Requirements
Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree – electronics/engineering
· 10-15 years of HVAC system controls design/installation experience
· Working engineering & programming experience a must
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong technical experience in HVAC controls a must
