Job Description


Our Client, a state of the art production facility in West Chester is seeking talented Process Operators for several open positions on second and third shift.

These are temp-to-hire opportunities with a 90 day probationary / evaluation period.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain machinery used to manufacture pharmaceutical products.
  • Responsible for maintaining production logs, and detailed batch reports.
  • Clean room environment - must be comfortable wearing respirator and clean room attire.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean work area, and maintaining all processing equipment.

 



Job Requirements

  • Must have minimum 2 years of relevant machine operation experience
  • Pharmaceutical processing experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment .
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic concepts of math.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 lb.
  • Must pass pre employment screening process prior to start.  (Includes Criminal Background Check, Physical and Hair Follicle Drug Screen).
