Great opportunity in the health and fitness industry working for the “Authority in Fitness"!

We are seeking dynamic, ambitious PERSONAL TRAINERS for our location in West Covina, California. Certified and non-certified Trainers Welcome! We now offer an accredited Certified Training Program to get you certified. Spanish/English speaking a plus!!

Personal Trainers will:

  • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments
  • Develop unique and individualized programs that ensure client safety, satisfaction, and enhancement of personal fitness goals
  • Assist, monitor, and instruct clients
  • Ensure safe and effective use of equipment
  • Maintain consistent client base
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests throughout the club
  • Assist with additional club responsibilities as needed
 Requirements
  • Personal Training and CPR certification (Non Certified Trainers only need a current CPR Certification)
  • Personal Training experience and sales background.
  • Willingness to attend training and development
  • Motivation, energy, and enthusiasm, with a desire to succeed
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Customer service oriented
  • Individual and team contributor
