We are currently hiring entry level individuals with an interest in Marketing and sales for the Jr. Account Manager position. This is an entry level position that involves learning entry level sales, marketing and customer service techniques followed by all the remaining topics necessary to train & develop you into becoming an account manager and if successful a manager at one of our locations.

Our marketing firm - DMA (Portland Oregon) is the leader in the marketing industry and in tailoring customer service to their needs. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies and it includes one of the most innovative telecommunications companies on the planet. We specialize in providing marketing solutions to our customers needs. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position which means you will be trained for all the responsibilities we would expect you to perform.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal marketing candidate must possess:
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Business development skills
• An assertive & positive attitude
• Ability to learn & execute marketing and sales programs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - recent college grads with no work experience are encouraged to apply

We are willing to train highly motivated people for management and customer service opportunities but you must be willing to work hard in an entry level management position. Pay is based upon performance.
