Job Description

Salary up to $95K plus bonus, benefits, and relocation!


POSITION:

This is the number two position in the facility and reports to the Director. Responsibilities will include all aspects of production. You will directly manage up to 8 Supervisors and 120+ hourly associates and ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed. This position has departmental budgeting responsibilities and will be held accountable for KPI's. This position requires strong experience in root-cause analysis. The Production Manager is responsible for all production goals and must be able to hold Supervisors accountable for their lines. 



Job Requirements

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Strong experience coaching and developing Supervisors.
    • Must be able to perform root-cause analysis to help improve efficiencies on production lines.
    • Continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) work environment required.
    • Need to have at least 7 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years of multi-department responsibilities.
    • Experience dealing with and being responsible for departmental budgets.
    • Strong leadership skills are critical for this role.
    • Must have the ability and desire to grow in the organization.
