Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Conduct direct developmental and mental health screenings with children entering the foster care system. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with pediatricians and pediatric dentist to identify medical, dental, and mental health needs of foster children. Clinician will travel between Waterbury, Danbury, and Torrington.
SCHEUDLE
Work schedule is variable based on needs of program and availability of clinician.

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have training in psychological assessment, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working with children.
Doctoral level psychologist preferred; Masters Degree in Psychology will be considered.
Candidate must be a licensed mental health professional (i.e. LPC, LCSW, LMFT, licensed psychologist, licensed psychiatrist, etc.)
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking skills preferred, but not required.
