Job Description
KETTLER, Washingtons leading Property Management Company and recent winner of the NAHB Pillars of the Industry Award for Property Management Company of the Year, has a mulit-site Service Manager opening at The Fields of Rockville and The Fields of Germantown. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled maintenance technician to join a locally owned and managed organization with substantial opportunity for career growth.Brief Description:The Service Manager, under the direction of the Property Manager, is responsible for all physical operations and maintaining curb appeal of the apartment community.Job Duties (include but are not limited to):-Participating in all maintenance projects and after-hours emergency work-Coordinating and performing repair of property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors-Managing maintenance budgets and other administrative tasks-Troubleshooting appliances and other technical issues
Job Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent-Valid Drivers License-Computer Proficiency-4+ years of maintenance experience or valid training-2+ years supervisory experience-Universal CFC Certification required-Mastery of appliance, electrical and plumbing repair-Strong understanding of HVAC repair-Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenKETTLER offers a competitive salary with bonus incentives based on individual as well as property performance.
