Job Description

Job Summary: Writing and revising user manuals for new and existing products. This role involves spending 'hands-on' time learning how our products operate accurately conveying operational instructions in manuals. Job Responsibilities: • Writing and revising user manuals for new and existing products • Working closely with product teams to develop manuals as products are being developed.

 

Job Requirements

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Proficiency in Framemaker is essential. • Familiarity with documentation software applications such as screen capture (SOTI or equivalent), • Drawing/imaging such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel PSP • Ability to shoot and process digital photos EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Requires minimum of a Bachelor's Degree • Must have several years of experience writing end user documentation, ideally for technical products
