Job Description

7-Eleven Inventory Team Member Requirements   Roles of a 7-Eleven Inventory Team Member: Participates in a counting role in 7-Eleven Inventory Events

Team Members in general will average 1.5 events per day

Team Members will be dedicated to service 7-Eleven events

Team Members must be able to meet time commitments

Team Members will become part of a 3-5 person team dedicated to 7-Eleven Inventory Events

Team Members will be dedicated to 7-Eleven events only – primarily working Monday - Friday

    Requirements:
•         Prior work experience in a Convenience Store environment (either employee or inventory taker… preferred
•         Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age
•         Minimum of 6 months of service     Additional Selection Criteria:
•         Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness as situations dictate
•         Possesses strong communication skills
•         Must be willing to travel to out-lying events
•         Delivers sound customer service practices
•         Superior performer with a proven track record of high quality results and positive interaction with RGIS clients
•         High degree of trustworthiness and integrity
•         Punctual, responsible and diligent
•         Projects a professional business image
•         Possesses professional maturity, respect for authority, understands confidences and confidentiality
