Job Description

We have several openings available for energetic and motivated customer service agents in our Bowling Green, KY call center.


Candidates must be available from 2:30pm-11:00pm and weekends. Your work schedule will be less than 30 hours per week.


  • Provide customer conflict resolution while supporting company goals and maintaining profitability

  • Customer Contact and Conflict Resolution Support

  • Resolve customer inquiries/issues; in-bound calls, e-mail, and written correspondence

  • Provide customer solution within the parameters of defined business rules and standard operational procedures

  • Product Sales training- learn extensive RV and Camping product line and relay to customer

  • Provide assistance and/or intervention with escalated customer contacts

  • Interface with vendors, department managers, and Merchandise buyers in response to customer inquiries, complaints or to report deficiencies and/or issues

  • Convert customer product inquiries to sales through product support and follow-up

  • Meet and support department sales goals and objectives








Job Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience; or one to two years related experience.

  • High school or GED

  • Basic writing and grammar skills necessary to draft fax, e-mail, or written correspondence to customers, freight companies, and company Managers.

  • Ability and desire to learn extensive camping and RV product line in customer centric, sales-focused environment.

  • Basic computer skills-knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills and can make quick decisions in a high paced environment.
