Required Skills/# of Years: 5 plus years in the following:

  • Sr. BPM Project Manager - BPM Project Manager will be working on few key BPM initiatives working with various partners within the organization.

  • One of the projects this person will be working on is currently in the implementation phase and other projects are in the planning phase.

  • Strong experience in implementing BPM (Business Process Manager, previously Lombardi) in large clients as a Project Manager 

  • Strong experience in Agile development methodology

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast moving, aggressive project timelines with strong abilities to follow processes.

  • Has expertise in managing all phases of systems development from concept through implementation and maintenance.

  • Overall responsibility for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate or large projects.

  • Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules role sand resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans Manages the development of the technical strategy.

  • Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.

  • Able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD and DRP sessions
