Job Description

We provide IP-based voice and data services, MPLS networking, data center and managed hosting services and communication systems to businesses and government agencies. Windstream also delivers broadband, digital phone and high-definition TV services to residential customers primarily in rural areas and we operate a local and long-haul fiber optic network spanning 100,000 route miles.

Brief Description:

Develops reports and provides non-financial metrics that allow management to identify business trends and opportunities for new business initiatives. In addition, the business development analyst works to enhance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and support systems to improve the customer experience and increase the overall data available to management. Aids in developing and improving processes that support bundled product sales with Windstream network products.

Detailed Description:

 Develops and delivers standard non-financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. Works to continuously improve the nature and quality of the data included in these reports.

 Acts as primary onsite support for all CRM (Salesforce.com), Inventory management and order processing development projects.

 Works on a project basis to obtain and provide new data and run new reports in response to specific requests from management. Develops reports based on requests using software user interface tools.

 Works with the VP of Operations to develop and improve procedures supporting bundled product sales. Communicates these procedures across other departments as necessary.

 Independently review derived reports and data and identify unusual trends to management.

Other duties may be assigned.

College degree and 1-3 years professional level experience; or 5+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
