Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Strategic OEM Relationship, supports efforts to manage GDIT participation in supplier sponsored partner/marketing/discount programs:
Assists Director of Strategic OEM Relationship in:
�Managing the business relationships and serve as a secondary GDIT POC and SME on the relationships
�Ensuring compliance with partner program requirements across GDIT BUs
�Coordinating with GDIT Supply Chain Orgs to ensure broad-based interests are maximized through key supplier partner volume/strategic discount programs.
�Planning, record keeping, outreach, strategy generation.
�Coordinating reviews and inputs for Strategic OEM Agreement negotiations.
�Evaluation of supplier performance and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
�Communications and development/dissemination of information regarding, supplier programs, relationships, organization structures, POCs, product line(s), and planned product improvements to the BUs to maximize GDIT potential competitive discriminators.
�Scheduling and promoting regular meetings by and between GDIT's Technical and/or Executive Staff and assigned Strategic Suppliers.
�Developing performance measurement metrics, reports and briefings for BU Management.
Required Education:
1.Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
2.Professional certification (CPCM/CFCM) preferred.
Required Work Experience:
8-10 years of related experience in contracts administration.
Possesses basic knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in procurement & subcontracts or contracts administration including relevant regulations, terms, conditions, FAR, DFAR, and CAS.
Able to work independently with a limited level of direction on assigned tasks relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Effective administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Familiarity with GDIT organizations, programs/contracts, P&P, etc.
Other Desirable Requirements:
US Citizen - Security Clearance desirable but not required.
Occasional travel may be required, approximately 5%.
