Compensation:  $85,909.99 to $105,000.00 per year

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for a Software Engineer with an interest in design and implementation of collaborative distributed systems and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) to lead the development and support of software solutions in an exciting, fast growing, well-defined domain.
You will work closely with the Principal Investigator and be responsible for day-to-day activities utilizing Agile methodology. You will work closely with large and small teams to implement, design, and validate such designs of software components for user-centered interfaces. In service of these responsibilities, you will need to keep informed of current software development practices, select the best technology solutions, and guide a team of engineers in implementing the envisioned design.

Requirements:
•Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 4-7 years of experience with designing, programming, implementing, and testing complex software system in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

•Demonstrated expertise using Java, Swing, XML, object oriented and UI design.

•Each member is expected to work well independently and in a team environment, this position requires client facing ability and skills

•Experience working with/in Agile/Scrum environments would be considered a strong plus.
