Job Details: Please Note: At this time, we are only interviewing Nurses with at least 1 year of RN experience in a PACU setting. Position Responsibilities: Utilizes the nursing process to effectively assess the needs of patients; identify a plan of care; and implement and evaluate the care given. Provide direct and indirect care to patients and lead the patient care team toward goal achievement. Coordinate and direct care given by other team members. Address system issues to facilitate the provision of quality efficient care. Delegate appropriately to other team members. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management and problem solving skills required.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirement: - Must be a Registered Nurse with a current State of New Jersey RN license.
- Must have at least one year of recent clinical experience in Telemetry or Critical Care nursing.
- Successful completion of a hospital based Critical Care Course.
- B.C.L.S. and A.C.L.S. required. P.A.L.S. preferred.
