Membership Lead - LifeStyleRx Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY Under the general supervision of the Member Services Coordinator and LifeStyleRx, the Membership Lead is responsible for generating sales leads, engaging potential new members and accurately completing all paper work and other associated requirements for enrolling new members. The Membership Lead must ensure prospective members experience a welcoming, informative, and enjoyable environment during their club visit ultimately leading to the purchase of a membership.

    Job Requirements

    EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS 1. Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Physical Education or other related field preferred. 2. Minimum 1-2 years experience, preferably in a high-end fitness facility or country club. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Available to work variable hours and weekends/Holidays. 5. Computer hardware and software operational capabilities including spreadsheets and database management. 6. Posses a professional attitude and appearance. 7. Must be capable of maintaining positive ongoing communications. 8. Maintain current American Heart Association BLS for the HealthCare Provider Certification.
